Had a fly around my parents house today as there were to many showers going around.  Did some other flying this week but not great footage as I'm trying to get used to my controls first of all.  Will post some more videos soon.

BADLY Itching to get out flying !

Incase you're wondering why I haven't been out flying yet and uploading videos well easy answer is I'm to affraid to launch from my house with an International Airport literally less than 600 meters from my door lol.  I did however test hover my TBS Pro in the garden only after tying it to a strong length of string and to my firepit so it didn't go up into the Air Traffic zone lol  I only hovered it 2 feet off the ground and wanted to do soooooooooooooooooooo much more but couldn't risk it.  Don't worry proper videos coming soon, I'm going away for a week next week so hope to get into the skies during that time.

Today a new TBS Discovery Pro was born ! Meet Vaio !

She's born !  Simon is a legend !  He has slugged it out and built my TBS Pro in rapid time and also test flown her.  He managed to get 15 minutes out of her with time to spare....amazing stuff !  It is only right for me to name my craft and I shall put her name on there on the arrival.  I racked my brains on what to call her for luck, I was going to use my daughter's name, 'Grace' but I thought if I crash or loose the TBS it might be a bad omen.  I then remembered my wife constantly comments on me using my laptop to much (she calls my laptop a bitch lol).....so on that note I've decided to call her 'Vaio' !

I can't wait for her to arrive !  Awesomeeee !

Well we gave the bad seller the heave ho ! and now found a seller that is the complete opposite, he's a total legend and I have today paid for my TBS Discovery Pro with a load of gadgets on it...yes it was more expensive but it's the Pro and it's being done up nicely.  Hoping for a possible 10 day build which is fine compared to the 2 month wait for nothing lol  As soon as it arrives there will be photos and videos etc etc

Wish me luck ! LOL  Yipppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee !

P.S Typical for Gopro to bleedin bring out a Gopro Hero 3+ ! Sods ! I only just bought the Black Edition not to long ago ! lol

Right...that put an end to that !

Ok so the almighty seller did it once again and mugged me right off.  He went for a 'knee operation' and assured me everything would be ok.  His wife and kids would help out to send me whatever while he was away or stuck at home resting.  He also assured me that if nothing was resolved by the 26th September 2013 he would personally give me his Sky Hero Spy 600. 

In the meantime I asked him several times if the guy who was meant to get the BMW GPS had sent me my TBS that had the postage paid for and I had been supplied a tracking number for it.  Lo and behold after two days of waiting for a reply I was told 'I think the BMW guy may have sent the TBS back to me via Parcelforce' ....now why the hell would someone pay to send it back to the seller when the seller has paid special delivery for it to be sent straight to the buyer ??  He then said the Parcelforce 48 package wouldn't be with him until Wednesday or Thursday !  HA ! I think not !  Once again for the millionth time running you are lying to me !  I today had enough and told him to stick his sale.  I have now found another seller who is sorting a better deal out for me, granted it costs a little more but it's miles better.

I now have the GREAT joy of leaving negative feedback for the seller on two items with his poxy 27 feedbacks so hopefully it will stop him selling crap to so many people.  I dread anyone else that buys from him, he deserves all he gets !

For all information gatherers (if that's a word) his EBay seller ID is 'essexquadcopters' and I've just noticed he has today received a negative feedback which is awesome news !  He clearly has hacked off more than myself !  His feedback rating before I leave these two wonderful negatives is 96.4% so I'm about to really brighten his day !  Plus I still have all the crap he sent me and my full refunds !

Ok so the TRACKED parcel was signed for and delivered.....by someone in bleedin Wigan ?! What the hell !?

The other guy who apparently has my TBS Quadcopter has been 'away' and his mum was ill and the parcel he was meant to send Monday special delivery has not been sent yet.....no suprises there ! 

The seller has today went for a Knee operation and said he'll sort this all out by the weekend even if he has to give me his Sky Hero Spy 600.....I don't hold up any hopes not and this week is his very VERY last week to sort this crap out.  I already have my refund which is the main thing but I can't wait any longer and can't stand any more excuses....what's next ???  A bloody alien abduction ?!

Sick of this, it's proper mentally exhausting me and the stress has been unbelievable !  This RC quadcopter isn't just a toy it's hopefully my future and this idiot seller has wasted 2 months of my flying time !

GOOD GOD IT'S A MIRICLE !!

I HAVE TRACKING NUMBERS ! TWO OF THEM ! IT'S ONLY TAKEN 2 MONTHS BUT I ACTUALLY HAVE TWO VIABLE TRACKING NUMBERS LOL ! The seller who on top of all his many many excuses this week told me he has cancer (I don't know if that's true so airing on the side of caution I gave him the benifit of the doubt despite the floods, missing parcels etc etc etc) The guy he accidentally sent my TBS Discovery to is sending the TBS on Monday morning but all the other gear 'apparently' is on it's way.....I am dreading opening the package to see what I have been sent but I'm glad it's on it's way at least.  God help him if he has sent me wrong, damaged or used items lol  Again, if all is good and I have everything I bought as it should be then I'll send him the full payment and be done with him.

I can confidentally say now....watch this space ! :-D

To add to my luck !

Forgot to add, I was due a decision on a Medical Discharge from the Forces next month, Oct 2013.  I have been told the Medical board is full up and it may not be until November or December 2013....soooo I at least have more time to practise my flying skills for now before applying to a UAS company.....once my TBS finally turns up ! LOL

Status report ! lol

Ok, if you have been following this sale saga I'm sure you will agree it's basically taken the piss in terms of quickness and efficiency.  I have again bombarded the seller this week with emails requesting updates etc.  I have in the meantime been refunded fully by Ebay and Paypal for all the items purchased so I am now in a win win situation....only downside is that I have waited for well over a month for any item to turn up the way it should do....but NOW there is hope.  After another couple of days of him 'in hospital' for a cancer problem he said he will be posting everything tomorrow that he has now received special delivery so it 'should' get here Saturday before 1pm (unless special delivery doesn't arrive on a weekend).

As for the actual TBS that was sent to the wrong seller they are apparently sending me the TBS special delivery once my seller gives them the postage money.  All goin well it should all be with me by next week latest and then I will dread seeing what the hell he has sent me this time.  If and only when it is all correct as it should be will I pay him what he is owed.

I am absolutely dreading opening the packages considering the weired and crap items I have been sent so far....again....watch this space !  So far my purchase has went as follows :

• Paypal payment (through ebay checkout) apparently went to his Uncle ! That was a palava !
• About 6 parcels...all sent via courier....got lost in the post and he didn't chase it up
• I receieved my tripod and screen which was a complete piss take broken, cheap and wrong goods
• The next parcels again got lost....again all via courier TRACKED !?
• His home then got flooded in Essex
• He then sent me a BMW car sterep GPS system, along with a Tx that is the wrong make, used and broken not the brand new boxed DX6i I bought from him
• ...the latest one....he had to go to hospital with a cancer problem

....am I really to believe all this since the 8th August 2013 ??  This week is his very last chance to regain any respect.  If it doesn't go well then I'll be hunting for another seller next week and I bet I get it quicker and a better item at the same time.

Ok we're getting somewhere now !

Ok so today took forever to come round to find out the update from our amazing seller !  We phoned and spoke to him and he has confirmed everything that has been ordered that need to arrive with him this week.  He is sending it all next week.  As for my TBS he has gotten hold of the person who he wrongly sent it to and they are back from holiday Monday (16 Sep 13).  He expects them to send the TBS the next day and will email us the tracking number Tuesday evening....fingers crossed....again !  The rest of the kit is being forwarded to us next week, all brand new boxed apparently....I'll believe it when I see it but either way I'll win my goods back as the Paypal disputes are all still open.

Again.....watch this space !

My wife has told the seller that we will call him Wednesday to see what has been done about everthing we have bought....with that one last chance (of 5) he has.  I really really REALLY hope he redeems himself from the complete and utter mess he has compiled.  I am dying to try out my TBS and also my new Phoenix V4 flight sim software which I need the transmitter to use on............come on ! LOL

Oh god here I go again !

Well I was emailing around to gain new quotes for a TBS new with whatever I can afford.  I thought I'd try the seller's email again that has given me the world of grief and broken promises to make sense of how he could possibly cockup so many times in over a month.  Long story short, after a long chat on email and phone he has stated he isn't interested in the money now but just to get me my goods.  He has categorically stated I'll have at least the TBS to check by Wednesday next week as he has to re-order the other kit.  It's taken me all the will I have left to give the guy another chance as he does sound genuine.  I've told him basically I'l leave all Paypal and Ebay disputes open until everything arrives as it should be and should it all arrive satisfactory and the disputes end in my favour....only then will I pay him what is due.

For one last time fingers crossed....for his sake !

P.S The car steroe basically should have been sent to a BT19 address but went to my BT29 address....what a plonker I am dealing with !  Once everything arrived will I photo what I have.  My Gopro Hero 3 Black Edition is on it's way from somewhere else....can't wait !

First step to civvy street offshore !

Im at this moment sat in a private doctors clinic awaiting, an expensive, initial OGUK and Norweigen medical to see if I can go forward with my UAS dreams onland and offshore...fingers crossed !

Not impressed !

Well it turns out after over a month of waiting, almost 100 emails, phone calls and pleading for my expensive kit that cost over a grand i've been taken for a mug. The seller confirmed this by sending me a used, broken transmitter with parts missing and completely different model...along with empty boxes etc and check this one out....a flippin car stereo ??!! What the hell ?? We phoned and for the 4th time he said his parcels have been lost...so we gave him an earful and have demanded a complete refund. I'll post photos later of what he sent me.

Ok so the seller is only 4 weeks late ! After about 70 emails and a lot of chasing around he sent me a photograph of my actual parcel.  I have had to black out the personal details obviously.  This is one of 3 parcels coming to me and all tracking numbers confirm they are racing their way towards me....AT LAST !  I can't wait.....watch this space !

FINALLY....everything seems to be on it's way !

Well it's been almost 3 weeks and ALL my items seem to be on their way (after a wave of delays such as lost in post, flooded house etc)....I dread to think what state the TBS etc are in considering the state of the tripod and screen I first received.

My first sign of luck with my TBS Discovery ! I now have the tripod lol !

Well I got a nice suprise yesterday when my Tripod with electronics on it turned up to replace the sorry excuse that was sent to me in the first place.  A complete difference this one in terms of quality, size, look and especially since this one has the electronics on it.  Here is a photo of it....

Bank Holiday !....Just what I need when my items are on their way !

Well all my items should be on their way to me at last, 2 weeks later, and it just happens to be a bank holiday !  Great ! I'm gonna be itching for Tuesday to come now lol  At least I have thursday, Friday and Saturday off next week to test run the TBS and upload a video and photo of it for you all to see.....for now I'll keep making myself sick watching everyone else's videos online lol....not jealous ! honest !

Well after 65 emails !  and a lot of agro over a bombardment of excuses from my delightful seller my wife had enough and told me to get his phone number....which he did to my suprize.  He spoke with my wife after calming down and has assured us 100% that he will be sending all the items we have paid for this week (£1000 worth !).  He has to build another TBS Discovery as the items he posted have all gone missing...even though he sent them with a courier....which we find very hard to believe.  The main thing is that they are on their way....watch this space.

Well I've gone about a week and a half badgering the seller and checking for the postman every 2 minutes and still not TBS.  The seller has agreed to upgrade my Naza-M to a Naza V2 for the inconvenience but I'm still doubting it'll all arrive.  In addition they have said they will send me the proper tripod and screen.....watch this space ! lol

First Delivery......Not good !

So for about a week now I have been itching for my new TBS Discovery kit....today I finally had a sniff of it with my first delivery.  Don't get me wrong the person I bought all this from is nice enough and seems very genuine (but don't they all when you're handing over good cash ?)

The first delivery was sent to me in a plastic bag which was not a great start....here is what I was sent :
